Etsy Shop & Just Dance 2021

Jane

Hi everyone, welcome to this week's Blog post!

In creative news, I started an Etsy shop this week with the prime intention of reaching more prospective customers, in more countries; but I'm not sure whether it will be a good thing: with more people searching for the items I'm selling, and finding them; or, whether everything will just disappear into the void of millions of other shops. It's a bit of an experiment for the time being.

I've decided to keep everything RAINBOW-themed on Etsy for the time-being too. It makes the page really pop! I've got the following six departments so far, so anything I create that's RAINBOW-coloured will definitely have a place: Drinkwear, Bags, Swimwear, Hoodies, Notebooks and T-Shirts.

Unfortunately, in Europe/UK Etsy charges 20% VAT on top of the VAT charged by Printful, so the prices are higher on there - prices are automatically set by Etsy according to the customer location I believe, so not sure if everyone will have this issue.

Just Dance 2021: Lacrimosa by Apashe

Now, moving on to other things... I've had plantar fasciitis for several months (painful area underneath heel/foot) and so have been finding it really difficult to walk without pain, and so haven't exercised properly in all that time, but FINALLY it's beginning to recover, and today I tried out dancing to some fun dances/songs on Just Dance 2021 on the PS4, and really loved it - I've always enjoyed dancing to anything that grabs my attention! My favourite song/dance on there is Lacrimosa by Apashe (From Mozart's Requiem Mass) as it's got a great beat and I love Mozart - I sang the whole of Mozart's Requiem Mass as a member of a company choir, travelling up to London to take part in a competition/show, when I worked for IBM many years ago! My foot seems to have coped really well, so I'll be able to work on my health and fitness properly from now on!

Anyway, hoping you all have a lovely weekend, and I'll speak to you all again next Friday! Have fun!

Jane :D
